Deep Tissue Massage
Therapeutic and/or Deep Tissue Massage, is a modality that allows our therapists to provide the therapeutic benefit of focused work on problematic areas. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow movement and deep finger pressure on the tense areas, either following or going across the fiber’s of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

Oncology Massage
Oncology massage is offered to any cancer patients that are currently in treatment, as well as post treatment. The integration of Western and Eastern forms of Bodywork addresses the immune system and symptoms of both cancer treatments and of the dis “ease” itself. It is a safe technique that supports and strengthens the body during and after cancer treatment.

Children's Massage
We offer massage therapy for children of all ages. For kids 12 years and younger, we do recommend a time frame of 20 minutes, to accommodate a shorter attention span and typically, higher energy levels. We consider each child to be unique, and as such, each session is tailored to their needs.
Massage can be done over the clothes, or they can get on the table under the sheets and have standard draping protocols, just like adults. Parents are invited to sit in on the session. We have seen incredible response from our child clients – those with Autism Spectrum disorders, to ADD/ADHD, Autoimmune disorders, to those that just enjoy massage! Massage is good for every body, at any age!
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is aimed at alleviating pregnancy related symptoms. In addition to the increase in local and general blood circulation, this massage helps to bring more oxygen and nutrients to the cells of both mother and baby. Fijian "Barefoot" Massage
Fijian massage was brought back from the island Kadavu, Fiji. It is a luxurious, deep tissue massage performed on comfortable heated body cushions using the therapist’s feet. Using gravity, body weight, and leverage the therapist can engage deep compressions to the tissue with a gentle intent. Thai Massage
Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most traditional forms of massage. Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage because the therapist uses their hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, stretching and acupressure are also used. No oils or creme are used and the client remains fully clothed.
