Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy:
All sessions have been booked for a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
If late arrival is inevitable, your service will be shortened to keep on schedule and the original treatment time will be charged.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $25 fee will be applied.
In the event of a no call no show, the full amount of the appointment will be charged to your account. No exceptions.
