We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. However, please note that in order to minimize any inconvenience to our therapists and other clients, we have a cancellation policy in place.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a fee will be applied.
This fee will be based upon appointment type, and length of session. In the event of a no call no show, the full amount of the appointment will be charged to your account. No exceptions.
